Went through the drive thru an got home, found my famous bowl barely has mash potatoes an only 9 nuggets! My sons popcorn chicken was put in the small mash potato bowl when it was normally in a box They will skimp your food here definitely not worth it!

Me & dog coming from vet. Stopped for a 'refresher' B4 walk to trolley. Ordered a 1 piece (also in box a roll & mashed taters. It was a dark meat thigh. Ate few bites pus extras & fed rest to og. She liked it!

I ordered the famous bowl and received a cookie with it as an extra! I didn't expect that but I am happy about that. The service was great, the food portion was exactly what i expected and the kitchen looked clean. The food was prepared just like the advertisement. I'd recommend this location over others.

Unfortunately, as many of you have probably figured out by now..... KFC is losing it's mojo. The chicken was dry and the sides were so much smaller than they used to be. It was almost 60 bucks for a meal for 3... 1 of the people being under 5 years old. It's expensive and the quality of the food has diminished greatly. Unless there are some serious changes in the near future... I don't think we'll be back to a KFC.

Was denied bathroom use at this location I am a loyal customer here at the Santee location super disappointed and told because it gets messed up from people that we have to purchase something to use it. It’s unfortunate that I will no longer come here I have tipped the drive thru workers plenty of times just to be nice and make someone’s day. I will be calling corporate because using the restroom is a basic need this is discrimination just like the Starbucks lawsuit! How sad!

I went through the drive thru and it was a good experience. They were fast and friendly. 4 stars because they ran out of coleslaw which is my fave 😭 but they gave me a free cookie so ☺️♥️

Although they don't have the 20 dollar fill up bucket anymore. Still a favorite of mine too go to when I don't fill like cooking dinner.
