Bonanza

The food was great and it was fairly priced. The server tending the salad bar was surly and ill mannered. I didn't know where the rolls were and she rolled her eyes at me. My mother wanted butter and she showed her the margarine. When my mom said she wanted real butter she just walked off into the kitchen and came back and said people didn't usually get real butter and then just turned and walked off after setting the butter down at the other end of the salad bar. It was surreal.

My husband and I both ordered our steaks medium, they came out well done and we're absolutely disgusting, no taste to them at all. Service was alright, some of the staff were pleasant. Definitey not like the Bonanza we use to have in Augusta, I miss that place. They had much better food. Will not be returning.

My experience was pretty good. It was my first time and I made it known, after I made it known I started to receive more help. Mark, the cook who has been there for about 32 years suggested the 10oz steak and I got it as medium rare. It could use a little more cooking but overall it was a really good and quick steak. Amazing mashed taters and their salad bar was full and clean. Plenty of variety and more foods. Staff was decent. The manager Kevin was nice and respectful along with woman who I don't know the name of we're more of a proper etiquette base so it was a nice experience. I am very happy with my date night, thank you Bonanza!

Staff is always extremely pleasant and very attentive to the patrons. Yes there are the occasional issues of an incorrectly cooked steak or the wrong side on a plate, but they are always quick to fix any issues. Despite any shortcomings, the staff and steak quality really shine here and more than justify a five star rating

Cheap, Family oriented restaurant. First the all you can eat salad bar, always stocked and taken care of. Lots of variety. Second, the meal, it's above average but not spectacular. I haven't had a meal that wasn't tasty. Everything I've had was good. Third, dessert, another all you can eat. They have ice cream and all the toppings, that you make yourself, plus things at the salad bar. I love coming here with my kids. I've never had to wait to long for my meal, and your distracted with the salad bar first anyway. The only thing I'd like to see here is some decor updating.
