Second time I’ve ordered from here and again my order isn’t correct.
I ordered Brooklyn pretty sure this is hand tossed and it’s only 6 slices
I paid the extra for a reason smh

Great pizza and great coupon deals. And love how the box corners are rounded so it fits in the microwave. Also I bought my car from a dominoes pizza manager so that's worth 5 cactuses in a row.

Terrible customer service every time I've ordered here. We order pickup and they estimate 15-20 minutes. Both of the last two times we ordered it was 45-60 minutes! What the heck! Even tried calling to check in and they hung up on me 3 times. Had to go in and they don't even care that the service is terrible. Never again wasting my time here.

It sure would have been nice to know there was 120 minute delivery time before I ordered my pizza. According to the tracker it's been done and it's sitting on their counter waiting for somebody to bring it to me. I remember when Pizza used to be delivered in 30 minutes and although I'm not asking for that 2 hours is a bit much. Next time I'll call Papa John's.
Pizza finally arrived luke warm.

Never had a bad pizza from here. I placed an order last week online and the wait time was an hour and 30 min. I thought the timer gauge was wrong but nope. They must have just been that busy or perhaps short staffed. Either way the staff was very friendly and apologetic for the wait time. The pizza was delicious. :)

The last time I ordered from this store I canceled the order after it was not ready in an hour. Today I ordered at 11:54 PM and I am still waiting at 12:35. I understand people are short handed everywhere but it might be time to close this one down until they re-staff!

So ticked off with this Domino's customer service and delivery from the Domino's Pizza store 1602 S Horner Blvd, Sanford, NC. The manager Christie refused to assist me with my on line order. I tried to order with a coupon and because the app couldn't locate the address it wouldn't allow me to place the order. I called the store and spoke to Christie who rudely replied well why don't you just come and pick it up. Maybe this is why this stores reviews are below a 3.5
