If they don't ask your McDonald's rewards you post get a free slushie on them they did not give my free slushie I have special needs they should show some respect to the customers and it clearly says it on the menu board.

Extremely Rude and slow, place online order last night in the app before arriving and got into drive through line and called because it was extremely long line and slow. I politely ask if I can come inside to pick up order since it was placed online and already paid for and was an option for pick up on the McDonald’s app, to be told yes and upon coming in completely ignored and employees walk past me to lock the doors and say drive through only and once explaining I called and was told I could come in and the app had the option of I store pick up to employee was extremely rude and said well we are closed and whoever told you that was wrong but unless your doordash you have to get back in drive through line and wait, mind you I was standing at the register for 5 minutes being blatantly ignored me while I waited to be assisted. Instead of telling me correct information or trying to at-least resolve and correct the issue due to employees giving wrong information they didn’t even offer to resolve the issue of at least making my order since I was waiting inside they told me to get out and get back into the long drive through line which And I just cancelled the entire order. Get people who want to work there and not mad at the world because of their occupational choices.

I wish I could give this location zero stars. I’ve been here multiple times and they always leave something out of my order. This time it was four sausage biscuits. That’s a lot of money gone. I’m not driving 15 miles back, burning that gas. It would just be more money gone. Please do better.

The fries wasn’t fresh and they really need to change the grease. I remember Mc.Donald’s in Sanford was good now it’s so nasty I wouldn’t give them fries 🍟 to my dog to eat. They had a funny taste 👅 to them. Y’all really need to get a-lot better.

Pretty sure I was overcharged, and of course when I asked for a receipt the receipt printer was broken. It was a hot mess, lot of people were complaining around me and had long wait times. This McDonald's used to have better employees, it's really went downhill.

Slow,waited 20 minutes for our order. When my husband asked the manager for our money back she totally ignored him and just walked away. Very unprofessional manager who needs to grow up and get customer service experience.

Passing through town we ordered through the drive thru. We were asked to pull over to a space and they would bring our food out. Initial thought, no big deal, we ordered 5 meals for the family so could be just a minute. We sat and watched others come and go yet we still sat there. My husband finally got out of the car and went inside to get it. We had already paid and our kids were starving or we would have left already. We received are food 30 minutes after ordering it....thru a drive thru at a fast food restaurant!
