Stopped by for a quick bite and we were glad we did. The 6 dollar meal was a good value, with 2 good sized fried fish fillets, French fries, and 2 hush puppies. Fish was crispy and with sufficient flavor. Shrimps were good too, but we didn't care for the clam strips too much. We'll for sure come back to try other things.

If you are ever in the Sanford area looking for some good eats I would highly recommend Captain D’s. I have eaten here many times and I have not yet been disappointed. My food is always fresh, great tasting, and good portion sizes. The hush puppies here are so good (crunchy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and great flavor). I tried the crab cakes here for the first time and I really enjoyed them. The battered fish is my favorite. It’s crispy, light, and airy on the outside and great tasting fish on the inside. The chicken tenders are phenomenal here as well.

Good seafood place for fast drive through. Menu is so beautiful so decided to come by. Got the fish and shrimp meal coming with 2 side. Its not too crazy delicious but its super hot and fresh when u just get it. Order the fries with corn hope next time they can check the order give me right side plz.All in all its good have to eat it when it’s fresh. The leftover is not a good idea when its cold. Not crazy flavorful like dining in restaurant cuz this it mostly fried food.
