Hardee's

I have been going to this location for several years and it hasn’t been the best experience up until the last two weeks. They seem to have made some changes to the staff or operations because the service is much faster and the food tastes better. I deducted a star however because today I received a cold burger for lunch. Could not go back because I only get 30 mins for lunch. The manager offered to comp my meal on the next visit so if that goes well I will raise the star rating. In the past I would have given a two star rating. Update 4/10/2023: After a staff change this establishment has improved quite a bit since my last review. Quality of the food as improved 10 fold and the Lady that makes the biscuits in the mornings and seems to run the back end is doing a phenomenal job! Give this lady a raise and keep her please! It's the only place I will order breakfast from now.

Haven't had Hardee's in years so took a huge detour to go grab lunch. Ordered right away, food took a while but it was fresh and made correctly. Everything except my apple pie was fantastic. Pie was fried when I ordered it and I had to wait, no big deal, but it was way over fried so I took a bite and threw it away Employees seemed to hate being there and it showed but at least he wasn't rude. The gas station itself was pretty busy and some people were using the limited "dining" area for a business meeting, which was strange to listen to while we ate.

I really enjoy Hardee's breakfast and go out of my way to eat here when I have the chance. It's always clean and the staff are friendly. They are quick to get your order out and it has been decent everytime I've been. Very consistent. It is fast food, but they are definitely several steps above McDonald's. I suggest taking the extra minutes to drive here.
