When it comes to Pizza Hut I have always been a skeptic. However my experience this time was exceptional, and the pizza I ordered was extremely good and priced right!! I will definitely buy pizza here again.

Excellent service. My delivery guy straight up went through hell trying to find my apartment but he was persistent and patient with my horrid and confused directions. Major respect to this dude I wish him the poggest of champs truly the greatest experience I've had with Pizza Hut and my years of being a customer. This is the greatest delivery guy to set foot on this planet. I shed tears of joy to see the bravery and commitment the staff of this fine restaurant possess and am glad to tell you that you have just gained a faithful customer.

Having the products shown available online for delivery. The salad I ordered online was not available in the store. I found this out only when it did not arrive with my order. Also I ordered a Pepsi cream soda and received a regular Pepsi. I store manager told me credited the missing salad.

This time they cut my pizza wrong. I always have mine cut into squares and put that in the special requests. They are usually very good at it. When I got home and noticed it was cut regular, than cut into squares, which made for some very unusually shaped pieces. Not really happy this time..

Don’t order anywhere else. They messed up my order on a Friday night. (Their busiest night) they got a new pizza out to me within a few mins and didn’t charge me for the pizza. It’s not about what you do when it’s all smooth, it’s about what you do when it goes sideways.
