OK so I normally wouldn’t review a fast food place but these guys deserve some praise! We have had the BEST service here possible, the manager is amazing and so is the whole crew and because of it we’re regulars! 🍗 🍗 Looking forward to our next trip for those extra crispy chicken legs! 😂

We had to wait a bit to get fresh fries, but I will gladly wait a few extra minutes for hot fresh food. The lady that was helping us was a total buzz kill thigh, not rude, just not friendly in any way and you could tell she absolutely hated everything about her job, which is a bummer.

They managed to put together an all drumstick 12 piece bucket and keep it in the price range!! Then we were surprised with a bag full of cookies! At least 30 cookies! Nice.

The drive-in was incredibly slow. They must have a max of 2 people working or best guess would be only one. The one person we saw at drive-up window was great!

Amazingly compared to other drive throughs our order is always correct at this location. The food is always good and they always give napkins and condiments. They are also usually very fast and friendly here too. I'm surprised at all the other bad reviews, maybe we have been lucky or maybe they have a problem worker at different hours than we go in.

Great service, great fries and chicken strip basket. However, a little disappointed that they're the only ones around that still won't allow you to use their bathrooms. So you can't go, nor can you wash your hands before eating chicken with your hands!? Probably should have gone to McDonald's next door...

We love going to KFC after games at the high school in Sandy. We always love when Brooke is working she always goes above and beyond to help us with our orders. She even turned us on to the new desserts you must try.

I would love to give a big shout out to the manager there this evening. Great customer service with a genuine smile to back that up. A week ago there was a small issue running my card and we were double charged. After I showed the mistake to the manager she apologized for the issue. I told her it was no big deal and I would like to use the credit towards another purchase this evening. She provided my larger order and at no extra charge. That is what customer service is all about.

The employees here were very helpful, patient and courteous. We had 2 rambunctious children with us and they were very helpful with them. The children's meal has a good variety of options to choose from and at a decent price. Don't remember seeing children's options before. I know it's not the best thing for me, but do I lo e their chicken.
