Service was great, food was usual, perhaps a little below average than their normal restaurants.
They do NOT give out fortune cookies with the meals however, but you can simply ask the cashier for one as they have a whole stash there.

Small parking lot very clean. Outside of the store very clean. Inside of the store very clean. They accept cash or debit card or credit card. The food is hot and very tasty and the portions are usually more than you can eat. This location has very friendly staff. The bathrooms are clean. The dining room is clean. There was no waiting line this time but sometimes there's a short wait because this is a popular place with great food. If you have never been to a Panda Express please try it just once and you will become addicted. They give you more than you can eat and I am a heavy person and the price, don't worry about it it's priced just right.

Busy, food was hot and tasty, and the service was prompt. It was a little too crowded and noisy for my taste, with very little room for patrons waiting in line.

When we picked our food I chose panda out of the other food court options because my young child will eat it. I ordered a regular plate with rice and asked for a small side of chow mein. They were fast and kind, and when I sat down I noticed on my receipt that they’d charged me with a large plate to minimize my cost of adding the side. The food was so fresh and hot- I don’t think I ever get Panda Express food that fresh unless it just got restocked, and I know it hadn’t been, my other entrees were not fully stocked. Very pleased and it will make me more interested in eating here again next time

I haven’t had much luck with Panda Express but this location is awesome. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Next time I’m in Utah I’ll eat at this location.

My whole family loves this place. That's hard to do, so we come here often. The Cedar City location has always impressed. The service is fast, even the drive through. Always clean and the employees are cheerful.
