Pizza Hut

It's just OK. Prices are high in my opinion. I can get good pizza elsewhere for cheaper and not lose and quality. But when you have a hankering for Pizza Hut this is a good chain to visit. Staff is very nice and attentive. Place seemed clean and kept up. The building looks a bit old and dated. But not too concerning. Food was good and made well.

Nery Disappointed!!! While placing my order i repeated it 4 times and it is still not what i ordered a take out when My husband and i ordered a pizza with ham, bac and half pineapple. He brought it home and it has Ham, chicken. Bac, pineapple, green peppers on it. I am so very unhappy with the Samdusky pizza hut. So.i called back and manager was busy i told the one that took our order that he messed up my order and he acted like he did no wrong. Like it was no big deal. I asked for a.manager and he said the manager was busy. That he could call me back I was trying to tell him everytime he tales our order he messes it up. He must not have like me telling him that he messed the order up. He aparently did ot like it so he hung up on me Wrong thing to do to me. So i called back and just recived a phone call back from the manager. He made things right by giving us a credit a d said he would talk to him. Manager was very nice and polite and done his job right. I would like to thank hi. For that. however if the next time we order and i get the same person taking our order i am asking for someone different to take our order

I am not one for leaving bad reviews or dissing wait staff. However, this was the worst experience I have had at a restaurant. The food was good, but the service was awful. I went to meet a friend for my birthday dinner/late lunch. My friend is a teacher so she gets out of school around 3:30. So I get a table and wait for her to get there. I sat down and was asked what I want to drink and if I'd like to order to which I said no I am waiting for my friend to get here first. Then not even 3 minutes later the waitress came back and asked me if I wanted to order yet. I felt kind of agitated and pressured so I just said yes I will order an appetizer while I wait. My friend gets there 5 minutes after that. The waitress takes her drink order and when she comes back very quickly she asked if we would like to order. We had not even had time to say hello and open our menus to look and were already being rushed to order. We said we needed more time, and not even 2 minutes later the waitress comes back again and asks for our order. Then when we were still in the middle of eating, the waitress comes and asks us if we want some boxes. We say okay, and she comes back and boxes our food up while we are still eating and takes my friends plate away. Immediately after the waitress brings us our bill, sets it down, walks away and comes back to ask if we can pay now because she has to leave soon. I was still in the middle of eating my slice of pizza. We hear her talking in the back about us and she was annoyed because she was supposed at leave at 4, and we barely had just gotten our pizza by then. We had not seen each other in many months and wanted to catch up over dinner. We did not expect to be treated as though it was a huge inconvenience for us to be eating there 25 minutes before the waitress had to leave. The waitress was pushy and rude. We still tipped and we paid the bill, but it was a very bad experience for both of us. Also, both bathrooms were labelled out of order so there was nowhere to even use the restroom. It was completely awful and unprofessional. I will not be back here or eat inside again.
