Pizza Hut

Was not aware that the "5 dollar line up" had been stealthily changed to the "5 'n up line up" so that the two pizzas we ordered before for $10 turned out to be almost twice as much! This wouldn't normally be something to knock of points for however the waitress neglected to inform us that it was so.

Regarding the Pizza Hut near the Kalahari resort. We ordered 4 large pizzas with varying toppings and some side items to include pop ( yeah, that's right POP). They said 30 minutes to include delivery time. Sure enough, 32 minutes later the driver met us at the back entrance to the North Tower (can't remember the name) with our order on perfect form, and with HOT pizzas! Price wasn't too bad, and it was about the same price we would have paid for 2 large pies in-house. And my wife, who's critical of all pizza, loved it. Case closed.

The manager is extremely rude and disrespectful. If you enter delivery instructions in the app it does not transfer to the store apparently. And so it is then it is the customers fault they are not followed. The manager did not care to offer any kind of discount for this error since they did not deliver my food and it’s “not their fault.” And it is also my fault that I did not have my cell phone number entered in, instead I have my home number entered. Since I am at work ordering food my family did not know that food was ordered. But again the manager put me at full blame for all of this.

Honestly, me and my woman have been eating out alot. Pizza Hut was going to be the last time I ever ate out if the customer service was bad. Well, Pizza Hut, you did an excellent job. Waitress kept up on drinks (even gave me a to go one since I finished my cup), didn't take forever to get food, food was hot (very), tasted good too. Overall was a great experience.

This Pizza Hut was so good. We spent all day at Cedar Point (and hardly ate anything because $8 hot dogs no thanks) and were relieved to find this place open until 12 am on a Sunday night. We were starving. The waitress told us of their "special" which was for 2 or more medium pizzas for $7 per pizza. I get the feeling they were trying to get rid of pizzas this late at night because that deal is too good. We ordered 2 medium pizzas and ate them so fast and left satiated.

Stopped in for a hot and ready pizza, and that's exactly what we got. I didn't go inside, she did, but she loves going there so it must be ok, she's fairly picky. But it's Pizza hut, probably the same across the land. Located in a decent enough neighborhood, appeared to be a newer building. It didn't seem busy at the time we got there. parking was good. Price and availability of the food is hard to beat.

Very disappointed in service. Ordered online at 4pm for 6pm pick up. Pizza was not ready. Waiting until 645pm before getting pizza and asked "not to come back for that much food again". I know we ordered nine pizzas but there was a 2 hour warning. In addition, the order was messed up so I had to return to the store after calling and waited an additional 20 mins for my missing pizza. There was a large line at the window and inside where people had been waiting extensively for food. The dining room had 8 tables that were not bused.
