Texas Roadhouse

My son took me out tonight to Texas Roadhouse. Our waitress (I can't remember her name) she did a great job!!! N my steak (6oz sirloin steak) was cooked perfectly n so was my son's steak as well. I will definitely return to get there!! (We have been to "Outback") n the steaks weren't as tender as the ones at Texas Roadhouse. We got an appetizer was an onion ring very very tender delicious best I've every eaten. If you want great service n especially great steaks, visit Texas Roadhouse in Sandusky, Ohio. I recommend this steak house highly.

Food was great as always. Service was okay. Asked for no cheese on the salad, got cheese. Asked for a loaded sweet potato, was not loaded. Server reached across the table in front of family who were eating. Highly recommend downloading their app to get on the waiting list. Went at 4:41 pm and there was already an hour wait.

We had a great dining experience at this location. We reserved our spot on the waiting list prior to arriving and only waited five minutes to be seated when we arrived. Our waitress Tonya was amazing and made us feel very welcome and comfortable and ensured we received everything we wanted or needed promptly and with a great smile hidden by her mask. The manager on duty was very courteous and checked on us to make sure our meal was good or if we needed anything. On top of all the great customer service the food was hot, good, and fast. Couldn't ask for a better experience! Thank you!
