Wendy's

31/ 5/ 2022 i went Wendy to pick up to hamburger. On the way to come home. I ate and recheck in my food and realized that have the fly inside my food. I came back Wendy immediately in 10 mins to solve it and want to refund my money .The staffs of Wendy accept this is their fault but they cant solve or refund . They told me to come there again to meet their mananger. On 1/6/2022 i came there again and the manager was not there and they continue to suggest me to came back the other days. I came there 3 times and no one solve to me. I tried to call in Wendy website to complain and report it but no one answer me . I also send the message include the phone number and the email to customer service but after 2 weeks . NO ONE call me or feedback to me. They was lost the potencial clients like me and my friends. I never ate anything from Wendy anymore. Bad Service and dont have any responsibility

It was lunch. They were very busy. I get it. But they could have at least acknowledged my presence at the counter. The one guy even had moments of staring aimlessly at the fries in the fryer. I walked out and wished the customer behind me good luck. I came back a few minutes later and was eventually acknowledged and apologized to. Then my order was finally taken several minutes later. After all of that, the fries weren't even worth the wait.

Saturday night at 6pm (June 4) and drive thru had one car but took so long to take orders that people were leaving. Also, all the doors were locked and a customer had to bang on the door for someone to open. There were at least 5 staff members there so not sure what was going on but this was not our usual experience with this Wendy's. It is usually a great experience but I imagine management or owners weren't there.
