Ti Piacera

My fiancé and I were staying around the corner from this beautiful restaurant and it was within walking distance. So we decided to go and made a reservation on OpenTable. Recommend making a reservation as it did get busy, but they were a very efficient team and executed with no problem. Best decision because it was 10/10! The atmosphere was cozy, warm and romantic, the service was excellent, food was fresh and wholesome, and the wine was delicious. Very impressed and cant wait to come back.

Italian restaurants are not my favorite places, but ti piacera blew my mind. I enjoyed everything here. Gnocchi is sooo tasty and not overwhelming at all. Very well balanced taste and strength. Parmesan created a perfect dish on top. Lamb shank... Meat was so delicious and soft that I loved every piece of it. Potato tortilla comes with lamb shank is also phenomenal. Definitely I will come here for it again. We also ordered burrata bruschetta and calamari. They are so delicious. Wednesdays live Jazz.... Wow. So talented young folks. Amazing music. I will come back for the amazing food and great atmosphere that that locals fill the restaurant.

Most of my life I order a hot toddy when I feel a possible cold is coming. Today I went into Ti Piacera on Polk St for happy hour and ordered a hot toddy. Wow the bartender took it to another level. This woman is a real professional and I’m sure she cured my cold. She have a better cure than any Dr at UCSF for a common cold. Naturally this place have my vote

The food, staff, and overall experience was 5+ stars. We had a 20-person party of demanding people (!!) and the team was super attentive, fast, and handled everything with a smile. Food was delicious! Diners were saying it was the best carbonara they’ve ever had. Thank you to manager Apo for connecting w me in advance and checking in repeatedly to make sure our needs were met. Great experience!
