I came here to do computer work on my laptop while waiting to pick up a friend at SFO. I ordered a latte since I'd be using their facilities but they have no electricity outlets for customer use. I was stunned. Another customer was also annoyed because he came here to study. I asked for a refund on my latte since I only bought it for while I worked. They kindly refunded me. I found the customer service to be good but the owner who decided not to hook up electricity needs to rethink this idea.

I just got an attitude from the barista. I just bought a reusable cup for $18.00 and wanted to ise it with my dragonfruit drink. After I paid I went to ask the barista if the drink would fit, her reply“ I don’t know, I amnjust making the drinks”. I then related to her that I just bought this cup and would like to use it, again just rude and cold. I gave a good tip for the cashier who helped. I would rather go to another location where I am not treated with such rudeness and coldness. Thanks to the cashiers who helped me with redeeming my coupon and my purchase.
