Starbucks

This day the location was very busy. Inside was full, line waiting for mobile orders, and as always, the drive-through was full. The staff was pleasant, welcomed customers in the door, and advised they were a bit behind, but everyone was getting served. They had enough employees by the looks of it, and they all worked together well. They were just slammed. A customer did come in with the attitude that she was above everyone else. They handled her issues, served her, and moved her along. Just need to notice the situation, see they are doing their best, and remember it's coffee. You can wait a bit and let the staff get caught up.

I was really impressed with this specific Starbucks and their customer service. I was just passing through town and stopped in. It was Sunday morning/afternoon so of course Super busy both in store, drive through and online order but everyone was working so hard and smiling. There were a few interactions that stood out. The mark of a good store to me is regulars and good relationships with those regulars and several of the baristas had interactions with online order customers where they recognized and addressed them by name. Love that in a coffee shop

I wish I could remember the young girl's name who assisted my husband and I. I remember she took her mask off to tell me something, and had a lot of piercings. Sweetest employee! She let me try some green yummy drink and explained what was in it, made our drinks, and helped me find the right coffee beans, and ground them up for me as well. I wish I could let her know that her favorite Verona, was indeed perfect. Thank you for such attentiveness, being so friendly and knowledgeable! Always in love with Starbucks.

Although I’ve been to this location plenty of times, yesterday I went for my birthday drink and was greeted with the best Starbucks experience I could’ve asked for! First of all, the drive through timing is impeccable. I was in and out in minutes! And the drink itself was DELICIOUS. But most of all, the best part started when I had told the worker while ordering (it was either Bella, Alex, or Heather I think, though they’re all angels!!) that I was going to use my birthday reward. She wished me a happy birthday and when receiving my drink, I saw she wrote Happy Birthday on it. AND they saw my dogs in the car and gave me a pup cup so my little family could celebrate, too! :D I know it may seem small but those kind gestures are truly what help some people like me make it through the day. THANK YOU to the workers here, I’m sure you could never get enough thanks for how hard y’all work!!
