I enjoyed a takeaway vegetarian slice today. Helpful staff informed me that it wouldn't be warm which was fine. What I wasn't informed of that for £2.00 it was only pastry and fresh air. Well not quite, the filling had been expertly spray painted about 2 millimetres thick.

Why do these folk not observe basic food hygiene. No gloves. Handle cash then make your roll up then wrap a wee hanky round it after it. Then force the lid on ure coffee ! making sure to get the palm of his hand on the bit ure mouth goes onto! Ffs but they do a great sausage roll

First visit here. Standard layout for Gregg's. Tables needed wiping and wasn't initially busy, then a flurry of footfall. I think two staff, only on serving the other in the back. Apart from main server no other interaction with staff.

Visiting Saltcoats from Glasgow, popped into Greg's for a quick bite for our party of 4, but was most disappointed, infact rather annoyed that the 'cafe' gas no toilet facilities..... considering 3 of our party have disabilities, this …

It's a Greggs take a way, ( but its got a few seats) ... Great sausage rolls, chicken 🐔 & steak 🥩 bakes, pizza, cakes, coffee, sandwiches ..... ach, ... you know the place .... its fan dobby dozy …

The way the staff speak to you is shocking, not good customer service at all! I think there is one member of staff that’s always got a positive attitude
