Your experience depends upon employees, if there's enough you'll get served. Time before today, employees kept peeking around the corner to see if i was still standing in line, with no one at front counter. After quite some time, I walked out. Always have a back up plan for lunch when stopping here.

First after sitting 10 minutes in drive thru last comes and says we don't have anyway of knowing your here. I let her know sign says to pull infront to window. She said well is there a trash can in front of it that means its closed. I said the sign doesn't say closed. Then she didn't have my order and after I showed I ordered and paid she found a "protien" bowl that I did not order yet she argued I did. She then said then here foves me 1/2 a foot long, yet I ordered a footlong and says make you a sandwich! Never ever ever again will I eat there! Customer service SUCKS

This morning I went through the drive thru (they open at 8am on Sat) and the touch screen was down so I went around trying to order food. There was a nice gentlemen trying to help me and a rude lady (she looked like the shift leader) was like we're closed with an attitude. If it wasn't for the nice gentlemen I would have been rude too. All she had to do was say the computers were down so we are closed for the moment. Please hire better customer service.
