Ihop

I think the Manager should of stepped up and helped the staff! Instead she was doing paperwork that could have been done after the people were served. Teamwork makes the Dream Work! We waited for an hour and a half!! The food was delicious and the wait staff was wonderful!! However the Manager may need more training in getting the job done and help instead of giving an already stressed out staff orders!!

We stopped in while traveling. They were out of fruit and veggies. My son asked for a grilled cheese and they sent out 2 pieces of toast with unmelted cheese. We ordered fries and onion rings. Fries were great! Onion rings were burnt and looked awful. Definitely disappointed. I will say that our waitress was very nice and did a great job under the circumstances.

My name is Misty Parson, I've currently been with IHOP for a few years and came back after maternity leave.. I understand most of the complaints are due to short staff and that is absolutely correct! We hire people everyday. We have multiple interviews every week, just seems like nobody wants to work.. One thing I can promise you is give IHOP another chance.. Things have got a lot better! Feel free to ask for Misty and you and your families experience will be great! I do apologize about us being short staffed, especially all the ones who has had bad experiences with our restaurant..
