Worst customer service. They make you wait an hour and a half for your food. Then forget items and make it seem like it’s your fault. When they could simply call the driver and tell him to turn around when he left less than 10 mins ago when he left. Then you have to wait another hour to receive the item they forgot. Up charge me for a 20oz drink that comes over an hour later. It may be small to some but a simple fix for me. I want what I paid for simply. You had other had other orders in. But I placed mine an hour ago. So where does your priorities lie. I’m so over this place. Will never go there again or recommend it to anyone.

This is probably the best sub shop in Salisbury. One of the best steak and cheese subs I've had outside of Philly. People have always been nice and the food is usually on point. Edit: Had to take off a star because the last 3-4 times have been disappointing. They got our order wrong the last couple of times even though it was correct on the receipt and the quality of the cheesesteaks hasn't been up to their usual standards. This last visit I had to wait in store over 45 mins for my sub and ended up having to void after they said they had lost my order. I hope they dont keep going in this direction.

The food is good, but it took them so long to make my sandwich. I had just ordered half a sub and thought they wouldn't take so long, but I ended up waiting for it for more than 30 minutes and I had to get home to do some important work. A guy even came in after me and got his order before mine. I dont think I will be coming back.
