UPDATE: I've changed from 1 star to 4 stars because it appears they got rid of the rude employee(s). I have been having a much better experience here in the past few weeks. Also the staff during the day have always been awesome! Old review: Tl;Dr: extremely rude staff the past month, sloppy food, don't come here past 6pm I've been coming to this McDonald's since I was a kid, when I moved here. They remodeled and it's been great, however in the past month or so, I've dealt with on 3 occasions the most rude people I've been served by in my entire life. They literally weren't replying to my questions with words, just grunts. The late night staff need to be changed, when I come at night it's the worst. The food is disgusting and sloppy, the fries are literally cold, not even warm, and they messed up our drinks. The lady that takes your order doesn't confirm the price just holds out her hand for your card and no words. Seriously the staff must have changed because this has just been awful. Train your staff.

They're horrible. The staff in this place need to be retrained on customer service etiquette . It's poorly managed and they have total disregard for customers. I go to this location because of it's proximity to my residence. I have to send my meal or coffee back to be corrected on every visit even if it's weekd in between my visits. They don't pay attention to detail and have a nonchalant attitude and dismissive tone when you ask them to correct a mistake they made. It's not worth the daily headache so I go out of my way most days to avoid the confusion and to get good customer service.

It’s really the only McDonald’s I really go to in Salisbury.I love them but only complaints are the FRIES aren’t always the best sometimes there great then it’s a mixture of old and new and then Most of the time you can tell they didn’t change the grease. Just take the time to make sure food a throughly finished and serve me instead of always trying to be quick
