We ordered on the Applebee's website for delivery to our hotel. The food was delivered fine but after checking the bag we realized that their appetizer was not delivered. Upon calling Applebee's I was informed that there's nothing that they could do about our missing appetizer but mail me a coupon. How is that going to help me!

This food is served fresh daily and the service is great. The drink specials are at a great price. You have to ask about the specials during lunchtime hours.

Kayliegh was our server and she was absolutely fabulous food was hot and tasted great. It was so nice to see the bus person I never got her name she cleaned everything so well she actually cared and you could tell. It was Tuesday around 1pm thank you for keeping us safe

Ok, so besides there food being really good, I have one bone to pick. I went to the bathroom and the music sounded really muffled, so I looked up to see the speaker just painted over. I wouldn't be bothered if it was a cheep speaker, but no, it was bose. As a huge tech geek, this makes me angry, but other people won't care for it.

Got me some chicken alfredo. It was good, it was a challenge eating it all, but victory was mine.

i had a fraudulent transaction on my card and i wanted to see if they could help me unfortunately they couldn't but the lady that answered the phone was super nice and put me through to the manager quick and the manager was mad nice and answered within minutes considering it's was 3pm on a Sunday and he explained what i could do to stop the charge
