The few times I have stopped here I always remember why I don’t. They have an advantage being the only convenient store in the immediate area, I guess that entitles them to treat customers the way that they do. I had the same experience others have mentioned when asked to use the restroom (I was a paying customer) and was given the most judgmental stare down that will make you rethink every normal human interaction you’ve ever had. Today I asked if the man could turn on the air, to which I received an inaudible grunt reply back. As I made my way out to the air pump, it was off. So I called the guy and asked again, another grunt. And he hung up. I call a third time, to which he tells me “I TURNED THE AIR ON A LONG TIME AGO” But mind you there was still no air. The workers or owners of this store need a major attitude check. Two little kids and their mom got icees ahead of me and she paid, waited for the guy to give her some sort of “we are good here “ acknowledgement but she had to ask him “are we all good?” Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate vibes. Store is dirty as hell too.

The lady that works here is always extremely friendly and helpful. Gas is ridiculously expensive. The windshield washing squeegees smell like rotten eggs and need to be replaced ASAP because they are warped and old. I HATE the air machine at nearly all 7-11s. I don't recommend going here to do anything other than shop in the market.

Sad to find I'm not the only one who received TERRIBLE customer service and was not allowed to use the bathroom because apparently it is "broken". I would give 0 stars if that was possible. It's difficult to even call my interaction with the attendant last night "customer service" seeing that he barely treated me like a human being: It was around 9:30pm and I just filled up after making my way here out of town. When I entered the store to ask if I could use the restroom I was told it was broken. When I asked "where do you go to the bathroom?" he only responded with "no public bathroom". I then said, "I really need to go can you help me?" To which he responded with the same mumbled answer that I could barely hear. When I asked again he responded with "come back tomorrow" as if I could just wait a whole day to use the bathroom after explaining to him that I was from out of town and needed to go urgently. After basically giving up on using the bathroom there, I asked if he could help point me in the right direction to find a public bathroom open at this time of night. He still responded with "no public bathroom" and absolutely was of no assistance at all. Keep in mind during this whole "conversation" he barely made eye contact with me, was on his cell phone, was not even facing me, and was wearing his hood up the entire time. This was purely abominable. Where's the dignity or "convenience" if you cannot provide a public bathroom to customers in need. Especially after hearing from another reviewer of this 711 that it's California law to offer restrooms to the public when close to major thoroughfares. This one is right off the 68. I'm still in utter disbelief that someone could treat another human being like this. I hope this review brings change to this particular location so they start offering a public bathroom AND that they train their employees to treat people with humanity and respect. Until then, DO NOT GO HERE.
