Great customer service 🙌. Fast service and fresh hot bomb af chicken wings 🤤. This time I got sauces ots 👌 with some veggie sticks! Fed a family of 6 for under $60! This def had all of us satisfied even my picky eaters! Will def be back for more!
FYI-There is no dining in right now! Only 1 person can come in and order at a time. Wait on the sidewalk or in your car for order you will get msg when its ready! If paying with card you need you id. No exceptions. When picking up order that you already paid for you will need your credit or debit card and id at time of pick up! All employees were very courteous 🙌

Reasonably priced. Quality of food has dropped since first opening. Food itself is just okay. Only thing saving the taste of the food are the sauces. Fries already soggy by the time it was handed from the cook to the server. Either the fries were not cooked long enough or could have benefited from a double fry.

Worse experience ever. Helping everybody but me., I brought it to the managers attention and she was focused on my high voice instead of acknowledging the issue/concern. Then manager proceeded to say I was being disrespectful. Totally unaware and unprofessional.

Their staff sucks! They have 17 unhappy people working within an 8' area and not one of them is friendly or helpful! They can't move so they just stand in one spot and stare at the cash register or the floor to avoid customers eyes, and if one smiles, they must have just quit! All of a sudden they'll start yelling out names like a bunch of roosters when bags get stuck in front of them! And check ID's like your withdrawing money from a bank vault instead of buying freakin' 10 chicken wings! KFC doesn't do it. Chipotle's doesn't do it! No fast food does it! It's freakin wings man! And... they charge for everything even though 10 chicken wings cost $97 bucks! This place sucks, and I was only picking up an order for my daughter! I'll never go there again! My wife can so easily make better wings with flavored seasoning for nearly nothing! I would be really embarrassed to work there!

Always love my wing stop,but today I was very disappointed,wings were very overcooked and hard,to the point of being inedible. Oh yeah forgot to add they were also so dry. Both orders of lemon pepper as well as the garlic parmesan. I definitely will not be returning,especially after having to dish out add almost $45 for it all.😠😠

Don’t get me wrong, the food here is good! But they messed up our order ( we asked for boneless wings & they gave us bone ones) , we called and asked for either a refund or the correct food & they told us they could only give us half of our order because it is “policy “ and they didn’t want to give us at least half of the refund either 😐. I don’t see how that’s fair at all
