Fam has been here plenty of times! This is a family owned business. They also own Pasta Mia which is another must try! Great pizzas! Variety of beers 👍 wings are the bomb 👌! Party rooms for any celebration! Birthday parties, grad parties, sports parties this is the spot! Great games in the arcade to keep the kids running back to you for more quarters 🤩. Love this place!

Second to none in their customer service. The owner and his staff were awesome in accommodating my child's birthday party at their location due to a very last minute cancellation at a local pool venue. Thankfully we had an existing order with them so they were able to accommodate and serve our guests with a limited amount of space available. Their pizza is always fresh and delicious as well as other items on their menu. I will continue to come back not only for their delicious food but because they take care of their customers. Thanks again for your excellent customer service.

Call and place an order and employee anawering the phone has no manners. When someone says thank you, you reply with you're welcome not a hang up while they are talking. RUDE. Walk in and pick up my order even more rude. Literally stood there staring at me waiting for me to speak first. No greet, just whats the name. Handed my food to me, i say thank you and zero response. This was 3 different workers. Then she and another employee laugh at me for saying thank you so I could get a thank you. Owners you are letting the community down with your rude emplpyees. How about hire people who value their jobs and want to be there!

We've loved this Pizza Factory for years. Sadly, our current visit had terribly stale, dry, and simply bad tasting pizza. The cost for the lunch special was definitely not worth it. There was hardly anyone there but it was hard finding a clean table. The crew was nice as usual. We'll probably go back someday to check it out but it's going to be a long while.
