We’ve been coming to noodle house for years. And we’ve never been disappointed. It’s very family friendly, and the customer service is always amazing. Most of the servers have been there for years. And greet you like an old friend rather than a customer.
The food is good too! I recommend the pho. Which is what I usually order. However, the fried rice, and duck are a must as well!
It’s definitely worth a visit if you’re in salinas. Their food is a lot better than other places I’ve tried in the area.

Small place but huge on flavor and great food! I went here with a friend and was sceptical on the presentation since it looks like a mom & pop type place. I ordered the sea food pho. They have small and large sized bowls - order the small. It's a huge bowl and the large size is technically a kiddy pool. Flavor was like the Ratatouille scene of the food critic when he gets taken back to his childhood. Amazingly good and flavorful. New favorite place in Salinas.

Excellent pho. You can really taste the star anise in the broth. I highly recommend this place for the Vietnamese food. I haven't tried the Chinese food yet but will update when I do. Update: still haven't tried the Chinese food but that is because the Vietnamese food is so good!

Had a large Pho soup with beef #15 which was more then I was able to finish especially after my Steam Wonton App.
Very generous portion sizes at a very economic prices. The Tsingtao was shabby either

Really clean, very welcoming, prompt service, food came out fast for a table of 6. Got the Won ton soup & added shrimp. It was fire! Broth was great. Would definitely recommend!!
