We are visiting from out of town... from the outside, it looked inviting. Inside, it was even better! I ordered spaghetti bolognesse, and my husband ordered a calzone. We brought them back to our hotel. What a delicious meal! Thank you Amicas.

Amazing pizza. My wife had the gluten free and it’s one of the best she’s ever had. I had regular crust and same for me - some of the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life. In fact, it was so good we came two days in a row while vacationing nearby.

Don’t let the pizza in the title fool you. Amicas serves up terrific sandwiches and some excellent beers in relaxed environment with a great staff. If you’re just heading through Salida, it’s well worth the small detour to go downtown and sample their fare. One of the best lunches my wife and I had in a month-long exploration of the glories of the Rockies.

The food was delicious! Super yummy! However, we sat at the bar and I found it a little strange that the same people who are high-fiving their friends, handling cash and credit cards, and making drinks, are putting the deserts together with their bare hands right there behind the bar… they were grabbing the cannolis with their hands and slicing pie and using their hands to put it on plates. I feel like that’s kinda gross.

For what it’s worth, easily one of the Top 5 Best Pizza joints in the country! They make fantastic pies, killer salads, and wonderful desserts! Their pasta looks marvelous and the calzones are huge and very delicious! Be sure to checkout their beer selections, very good.

Super popular, long line but it moved quickly enough. Food came quickly and was very tasty. The ambiance was really nice, even a bit of community vibe. We were asked to share a table with another pair and that was totally fine, even though they weren't keen on conversation, because the tables were huge. Nice bar as well where you could strike up Convo with someone. Will come here again on my way through next time

So many gluten free options! They made this ahi tuna salad GF for me by removing the wonton strips and adding GF toast. It was excellent! They sell this dressing (and I bought some!) because it’s so good. Highly recommend!

Always have to make it a point to come here when we visit. Incredible pizza and an all around great atmosphere. If y’all are like me with needing to try the most interesting pizza on the menu when you go out, this place has several. I got the Thai one and it lived up to the hype, would definitely recommend. Prices are a little steep, but pretty in line with the rest of the area.

Great pizza. We enjoyed the goat cheese pizza with fresh tomatoes (can’t remember the name off hand). We also got a Hawaiian style pizza with balsamic which was good but not my favorite. Our waitress disappeared a lot because it was very busy but she was friendly.
The wait was about 15 minutes which was faster than they anticipated.
It was relatively clean for as busy as they were. Overall we would go back.

We were recommended this restaurant from a Rafting tour guide. The service was fast and the food was delicious. They had Gluten Free dough for my friend's pizza, and they thought it was the best one so far! The Spicy Oil was the cherry on top of the pizza, it’s also gluten free.
If you’re in Salida, you have to give this place a visit!!
