Did an order ahead walk in and waited inside for 15 minutes. It was a simple order coffee, bottle water, and toasted plain bagel. The new location is awesome, service still very slow. I'm sure this will improve with time as Salem Runs on Dunkin.

My iced coffees are never what I order. Im so tired of paying for something I'm not getting. Yet again I ordered my usual, butter pecan with cream and sugar, and go figure there's nothing in it except creamer. I get all the home before I realized this time, as it looked perfect so I didn't taste it before I left. They are always super slow, took 10 min in the drive through with only ONE car in line other than me! Really wish they'd get it together.

The sweet teas no longer have sweetener in them. If you ask for the blueberry shots in them it doesn’t even taste like it. The avocado toast doesn’t have bacon on it at all. This next part isn’t a big deal at all but the Carmel coffees have Carmel sitting at the bottom and sometimes I just don’t notice and drink the coffee.

Very nice facility and friendly service. A little on the louder side for studying though. Overall, very nice experience at this Dunkin Donuts.

Awesome experience good workers they do what they can to keep the line moving my cashier realize they were giving my girlfriend the wrong drink literally made her the wrong drink so he went and made it very quickly for us and replaced it and in the confusion I left my debit card I gave him a call I went back the next day to pick it up they made me show my photo ID which is perfectly fine with me and what everybody should do always very friendly there

The manager there is amazing and very professional,and always makes sure my coffee is sweet enough and has eleven sugars and isn't a mistake that i ordered eleven 😂

I watch car after car drive away because the staff will not recognize anyone at the drive thru. Entirely way too slow for early morning folks trying to get to work. It'll be awhile before I ever try this place again. This is why I haven't visited for 4 months the last time.
