Dunkin'

I have went several times to this DD and yesterday was the first time i sat and waited to actually order and get my food. I went because my wife and daughter love their coffee, so we gave it a try. Let me give you a glimpse of the last few times I've went to this location. One time the people working were so stoned they couldnt focus long enough to get our order because they were too facinated by my son's pencil in his pocket and my facial hair. Last couple of times we sat in the drive through so long as we watched others get out of line. Once after moving up to the next in line, and setting another 10 minutes, we left ourselves and went to starbucks. This last time wasnt any better. 2 cars in line. Waited over five minutes just for the car in front of us to be able to order. They were already there when we pulled up. Got to the speaker and she told me to hold on. 5 minutes later i said hello and she said just a minute. Long time passed before she came back on. After 2pm so we got some lattes, donuts, and bagle bites. Pulled up and we were the only ones in the drive through. Wife and daughter's coffee was ok. I ordered a chai latte. Spent the ride home wondering if they got my order right because it tasted like just a plain cappuccino. Ran out of coffee but the cup still flet heavy. Opened the top to find all the powdered mixes at the bottom un-mixed. Asked for everything bagels but they were plain and very burnt. Dont care how much my wife and daughter like DD coffee... wont be going back to this one. I'll dive across town if they want their coffee that bad.

Good morning everybody now I know all Dunkin Donuts do not make their donuts anymore all they care about the company is coffee to be honest and coffee ain't that great they even put people out of jobs Dunkin Donuts used to make their own Donuts that had Bakers and other employees to help them to fill the donuts and all that now they only need two employees to serve customers no more Baker's that going to be extinct because Dunkin Donuts quality Donuts have went down they get shipped Frozen and a glaze them there where they used to be hot and fresh and glazed and filled there too but somebody in the franchise thanks it was the coffee so they decided to cut the donuts out and jobs and go with the coffee not knowing that people went in there for donuts in a cup of coffee the donuts brought them to the coffee not the coffee whoever is big idea it was the CEO or the team that works for the franchise they don't know what the hell they're talking about they going to drive this company down to the ground because of this stupid ideas but so be it some franchise people that have the franchises that there Dunkin Donuts they wanted to keep making their donuts now there's nothing but disaster I feel sorry I hope I'm wrong but I just don't see that happening I see them closing up everywhere eventually unless they bring the to being homemade again hopefully it won't be too late they'll know but I won't go to Dunkin Donuts anymore myself after I found out the last used to bake their donuts they don't know more they get them somewhere they told me and if frozen they let him throw out and they're dry thank you for letting me tell you the truth about this place I would have been a duck in franchise I was thinking about it in the future but now I'm not even going that way if I do it won't be Dunkin Donuts it will be a mom and pop donut shop but you make you fresh donuts and coffee what I'm talking about Dunkin Donuts also on Franklin Road that used to be the only one that had fresh donuts cut by Bakers there now to change to the same of a Dunkin Donuts they no longer has Baker's they got rid of then so the donuts come from somewhere else they come in Frozen then they're thawed just want to let you know that
