Juicilicious

I couldn't wait to try Jucilious. It is in a shopping strip and has small signage; I didn't see it at first even with the use of my navigation. Pictures of their smoothies, bowls and sandwiches were popping up on my Facebook. I am a big fan of real smoothies and decided to go. I had a challenging time making a decision on what to get- my go to is typically something "green." This time I went with something completely out of my ordinary... I ordered The Salted Caramel Bowl with oats, banana, date, salt, almond milk topped with date ball, granola, cacao. Everything is mostly organic, raw and plant based. Omgggggg it was a m a z I n g. Just what I needed to get me through the rest of the day. Yes it is a little pricey, but nice for a treat.

I go here every other day for açaí bowls. Sometimes they are cheap and fill the bowl half way and if I say something they will give me a dirty look and attitude. I told the owner many different occasions and they said they would tell the employees to fill it up but here and there they still mess up. You think for 10 dollars a bowl they would fill it up also I get 2 every other day so you would think they would care to keep me as a customer but I guess not. Sometimes the bowl itself tastes off or watery too.

Food is inconsistent at best. Customer service has always been questionable but because it’s the only place like it around I kept giving it more chances. Today I placed a pick up order over the phone for 2 smoothies and an acai bowl. First time I called it sounded like the phone was in the blender. Second time I wasn’t sure if I dialed the correct number because the person answering just said “hello”. I was told 20 minutes for my order. I walked in 15 minutes later to an empty store and one of the employees BRAIDING HER HAIR. When I gave them my name they looked cluelessly into the freezer and told me it would just be “2 more minutes.” When I saw the other employee pick up a blender I knew they hadn’t even started on my order and it would be much longer. I had 2 kids waiting in the car and it was the final strike.
