Very poor barista skills. The employee grabbed the cup pressing his unprotected hand on top of the cup. I asked for another cup, he did the same thing. Customer was coughing up a storm behind me. Place is a little dingy. Do not recommend. Bad experience at this location.

I usually don’t have a problem with this campus location and the staff are usually nice. Today, I was distracted on my phone writing an e-mail and the cashier loudly stated “Can I help you?!” I figured it was to someone in front of me since the line was slow. Then I stepped up and she proceeded to write my order, slam my cup, roll her eyes and mumble my total lol. I understand the frustration behind my distraction but it’s no excuse to treat someone like trash. The cashier couldn’t even look me the eye. Everyone knows this campus is busy and has rush periods. For this reason, I feel sympathetic for the staff. However, in the future I suggest someone with attitude in this manner take a walk if they can’t handle the rush of the place because as far as i’m concerned no one would like to be treated with disrespect when purchasing something even if it’s a $2 item.
