Dunkin'

I love dunks... But. The salem location ( the second from the train station ) has this one employee who cant make coffee to save her life . i used to work for dunks and its so cut and dry that anybody with eyes can do it . worse off she is a manager i think. If not then its even worse. The other day i went in and there was this clearly new girl trying her hardest and this ignorant woman who couldnt be bothered to listen to my order in the first place started giving this poor lady grief. I had to loudly and verbally let her know that shes ddoing a great job and not to let the woman who messes up my coffee EVERY time talk down to her.. Seriously she needs to be fired.. Terrible customer service skills , incapability to do the tasks management expects performed...otherwise i love the staff and the coffee....dunks as a whole is my favorite beverage shop bar none.
