Fast service.The employees were friendly enough. KFC is KFC 🍗 I went through the drive thru . I feel that these days for what it is and what it does to my intestines, it is a bit Overpriced. I will say ,I do like their coleslaw the most. SORRY KFC !

I'm tired of them being out of pot pies on " pot pie monday". No matter what time they are ordered. It's a scam to get you to order the more expensive stuff. You lost a lot of business, considering I usually spend around $70 for my co workers weekly. I hate McDonald's but they at least have the menu available. Bye bye

Don't use the mobile app if you want the convenience of using the drive-thru. KFC believes EVERYone using the app is either Doordash, Uber eats, or some other food delivery service!! There are NO personal orders on the mobile app at KFC, only other restaurants/fast food places have individual orders mobile app orders! !

If a biscuit cost $1.20 and fries cost $1.25, you should be willing to swap a biscuit for fries for your customer. Especially when you make them wait for 10 minutes at the drive thru speaker...

Really bad service, greasy chicken, out of ice, out of napkins our food was dine in and was sitting on the counter getting cold , we had no idea it was ours because it was bagged up and no one notified us of it being done! Not friendly people!!!!

Ordered a Nashville hot famous bowl and I got my famous bowl, just with buffalo sauce and not hot oil, simple mistake. Would've eaten it without complaining if it wasn't an inch deep of sauce and barely any potatoes or chicken, just an inedible buffalo sauce soup.

KFC worker Leopold Connor. Totally ignored me taking orders and not servicing my customer who placed their order at 6:09pm. I then heard him say he'll make sure I got my order last.
He proceeded to call me "recorder" after I informed him I will be reporting him. Which was very offensive.

Everything was pretty poor quality the JoJo's were rock-solid and the containers were not even half full also a whole 9.15 box was left out but due to the poor quality i didn't return to have it replaced
