Golden Grill Restaurant

This was our first and last time here. Absolutely mortified. This food was inedible. We got a bag of cheeseburgers and an order of curly fries. The fries were undercooked and grey. The burgers were a joke. They smelled off, and had the tiniest patty I’ve ever seen. I would be so embarrassed if I owned this place and knew this was the quality of food being put out. Please take the 1 star reviews seriously.

🛑 Drive Thru Order: Terrible Fries. We ordered a couple burgers and large fry. Basket of fries were half empty and only warm. The lady at the counter looked at me like I was lying when I took our fries back in. She asked if I looked in the bottom of the bag with a slight attitude. I told her politely, Yes and that I wouldn't waste my time coming inside if they had been. After a ridiculous pause while she stared at me, I told her I'm not lying to get free fries. So she offered to heat up my half empty basket. I didn't want to even ask how she planned to warm up my fries. I left the fries on the counter and walked out. I will not be returning or recommending this location to anyone.

I'm pretty upset about this. We decided to give the Golden Grill another chance after our last visit which all of our food was undercooked but greasy. This time we ordered online for pick up, they called us to tell us the online price was wrong and that it was actually 10 dollars more expensive (Not great but whatever) then we get there and all the doors are locked and we are trying to figure out how to get our food cause there is no one at the window either. We finally get our food and get it home. We ordered all the burgers with out onion because my boyfriend is extremely allergic but there was onions all over the burgers. I ate a couple of burgers and they are basically just a Mcdonalds cheeseburger in disguise. Which would he fine if they were cheaper than McDonald's but they were more expensive and might have been slightly worse.

Our order was $30 and I will NEVER order from them again. The patties on the burgers were paper thin, it tasted grainy and just gross. Also the milkshakes were not made w ice cream, instead ice was used! They were gross. Then our funnel cake sat in the deep fryer far too long. They were over cooked. And our fries.... GREASY!!! The bags had grease seeping thru it. Just horrible! To anyone reading this you're better off eating a cardboard box. If I could give 0 stars I would.

My family and I spent 70 dollars on food that tasted absolutely horrible. The fries had to have been a few days old, the elephant ears were cold and the texture proved they were were cooked days before. The amount of chicken in the noodles was small and the taste immediately made me want to throw up. All of the food had to have been made way prior and microwaved. I was also given a bag with condiments that contained a package of soy sauce that had exploded all over but was hard and appeared to have been burnt some how. We waited 20 minutes for our food, the food was overpriced and tasted like last year. We also ordered 2 different types of milkshakes but they decided to make them all the same. I would not recommend this place to anyone. You can eat for that much at a nice restaurant and have overall a better experience.
