Mcdonald's

Found hard plastic in happy meal! Thank goodness our 4 year old noticed it before he put fries in his mouth! Called the store to give them a heads up to be more cautious. I was offered a free happy meal, when I told her manager I wasn’t calling for a free meal and rather just wanted to let them know so they could be more cautious, she responded with “well sorry about that” (with an attitude) then hung up on me!!! She was so rude and added no commentary about concern.

WORST attention to detail I ever encountered ever. Ordered 3 large fries, well done cause usually McDonald's fries are soggy and soft, and waited 15 minutes for an order that was the exact opposite of what I ordered. AVOID Saint John's McDonald's because their attention to detail is grossly underestimated and under-reported. Worst place for food in Saint John, IN.

Worst location around! The 10 piece McNuggets are a full dollar more than other locations and they charge your for sauce it doesn’t come with the meal anymore! All this nickling and diming sent me straight to Culver’s! The service here is usually lacking anyways and they close hours early with no warning all the time. They’ll take your order but when you arrive, absolutely nothing! Do yourself a favor and drive the extra few miles to Schererville or Crown Point if you want McDonald’s! Saint John is a rip off who doesn’t care about their customers!

Now I see why they gave this McDonald's in st john 2 stars ..I should of trusted the reviews but I figured I'll give it a try and boy was it horrible the only thing that was good was there coco cola other than that it was a waste of money.. who ever is running the shift should figure out what is going on and why is it bad there? I will not be back..
