Dunkin'

Don't know what is up with this DD first time I know the kid kept one of my gift cards tgat had atleast $15 on it. Who knows if it was on purpose.But today they wouldn't give my husband half of my order nine of the dozen donuts I ordered & paid for on the app.He told them he's missing half the order still,he tells my husband that he needs to bring my phone up there and SHOW THEM.Are you kidding me! So I had to go drop what I was doing and go all the way up there to get my kids donuts! The manager proceeds to say I don't know why they didn't give you your whole order its right here! Well then why don't you talk & train your employees?!They could at least given a voucher or free donuts,the app is supposed to be convenient but it's second time they been a major inconvenience.The price and wait time has went up so I've just been going next door to Star bucks due to the professionalism , and without being a major inconvenience.And DD prices going upbthey won't be able to compete anymore.

When I walked into Dunkin today there wasn’t anyone in line, but by the time I came from the restroom there was a full line. I almost left for the drive through instead (yes, I’m lazy lol). But let me tell you, the cashier took care of all of the customers so fast! I was very impressed. They got my order correct and the muffin I asked to be toasted was not only toasted, but also given a little butter. That was a great touch, thank you. Great customer service to the girl that was making the coffees and the male cashier who was so nice. This was around 10AM today, so I hope the manager recognizes these two people who were AWESOME! 👏🏻 Side note: I’ve been to this Dunkin for many years and whoever is managing it now is doing great. In the past, this Dunkin wasn’t that great and my order was often wrong. I can truly say that I actually want to start coming more regularly because the service is so much better now! Please keep up the good work y’all!!!! The muffin was fire 🔥

Went in today CHRISTMAS morning, everything was fine until I got home. I got a dozen doughnuts and asked for 3 VANILLA CREAM FILLED for my daughter (those are her favorite) and got 3 BAVARIAN CREAM! "THOSE ARE NASTY" she said. I checked and yes, they're not what I POINTED and told the kid. I do feel bad cause they have to work on CHRISTMAS DAY but come on really! So let's se what they tell me cause I have a NOT SO CHRISTMASY girl. Thank you DUNKIN!
