Super friendly and easygoing staff! They are always energetic, uplifting and delighting to socialize with! I come here usually as a carpool or delivery driver and the service is always super fast, I am told the quality is very fresh and the people really make sure you have a decent experience. In comparison to the TBell in st cloud, this one is a winner!!! Def worth driving the extra mile for. Keep up the amazing energy, guys! :)

I have been eating at this location for years with no problems. (Messed up order or two but that is it)We went feb 6th 2022 and it is now 1am and I have been sick with food poisoning and it sucks. I have to say for as many years as I've frequented this business I will not be going back and I will be discouraging my family and friends from doing so also. I have never felt this bad from eating fast food. It's a shame because it was my go to stop.

The last three times I’ve gone my tacos had beef after explaining I’m vegetarian and ordering black beans as a replacement. When they gave me tacos to replace the incorrect ones during my last visit, they had beef again. There’s no concern if your order is correct and for some people it leaves you with food you cannot eat. It’s very disappointing as until recently I never had these issues before, but three times in a row is too much.

Arrived at 8:30 to locked doors and no one answering the drive through. Daily window hours say open at 7am. No temporary signs explaining why they are not open yet. Another person pulled in working for door dash was there to pick up an order and couldn't get in. A women entered the first set of doors and turned around, leaving the doors locked still. I could understand if they didn't have enough staff or something, but a sign to at least say why.

This place WILL screw up your order guaranteed. Always check your order before you leave. They have always left some item out of my order. Customer service sucks. Never an apology for their screw up. Save yourself the headache and go to the other side of town to get your food.

So most of the time they get it right. Bit tonight they were not having a good night. Lady taking are order was short and kinda rude didn't ask for sauces. Get home didn't get my 40 cent side of Chipotle sauce that she asked if it was in there and it was not. Also going to eat my potato taco and this is what I got. No Chipotle sauce on it and it's not even a full looking taco wth taco bell..

I ordered two chalupa cravings boxes from here. When I got home and started eating them i realized there was little to no meat in any of my tacos. Just lots of sour cream. Disappointing. The presentation was good though, everything was neat and orderly.

Messed up my whole order. Only gave me nacho cheese Doritos tacos when I asked for flaming hot. Also didn’t shorted me 2 tacos. Didn’t give me any of my non supreme tacos I wanted either which were 2 more to include the already 2 missing supreme tacos. Asked for fire sauce and didn’t receive any.
