Pepperjax Grill

The girl on the grill was nice and made sure I got what I wanted, the food was great and the store was neat. I also noticed that they were just two and it seemed like the girl was the manager cause of how she was making sure that the store was neat. I saw bad reviews so I decided to go check it out. Had to tip because of her gesture and will definitely come back😊 I came on 08/02/2022

Sadly this place has gone down hill since my first visit....the food still tastes good but the staff are a bit questionable in cleanliness/hygiene and customer service, which makes me wonder on the proper handling and preparation of food/ingredients. The tables were a mess.....they no longer have trays to carry your food if dining in! Like what? So disappointed as I LOVED this place. Reviewed for St. Cloud location specifically as I've never been to another location.

Ordered through door dash. When I received my order my burrito was all sorts of wrong the only thing in it was steak and beans. It was not fireballed like i asked there was no lettuce sour cream spicy ranch or hot salsa. Called door dash and the restaurant neither wanted to help me at all. Give this place 2 thumbs way down. Do not get food from this place

We stopped at the Pepperjacks in St. Cloud on Saturday, 1/15/22. There was only one other person eating in the restaurant. The two employees working were very polite. The entire place was absolutely filthy! Every table was dirty, the food prep area was littered with food and debris on floors and counters. The floor was sticky and obviously had not been cleaned in a very long time. The entryway glass was very dirty. Being so slow, you would think the employees would have the place spotless. The men’s room was very dirty and the toilet would not flush. There is clearly a lack of care by the manager.
