Panera Bread

Spent $41+ at this location for my family's supper. I don't care about the price but man better service would have been nice. 1. Paid the cashier for the food and stood there waiting. I did not know there was a pick up window. Same cashier saw me standing there...did not say anything. Faintly heard my name called then noticed there was a pick up window. Would have been appreciated if the cashier said something! 2. Ordered the whole steak and white cheddar sandwich to get home. Started eating the 2nd half and see that it has NO meat! Receipt states "Accuracy Matters"...not even going to bother calling or going back. Suffice to say, I likely won't be coming back!

I've always loved Panera over the years, having fresh and delicious soups and salads but the last few times I've been, the chicken on the salads is less than quality. I'm not sure what they've changed with the chicken but it's not good. Missing the quality of the salads that once were! Service and cleanliness always great

My experience at this restaurant was meh. When I first arrived the cashier seemed irritated about her job. Upon that I ordered and waited about 15 minutes. The man that gave me my food was polite but when I opened my bad upon leaving they gave the the wrong order which was super disappointing. You’re suppose to feel comfortable when you visit establishments not displaced.

Not impressed. Company bought out and new changes with remodeling and popular menu items dropped. Once singular booths and individual tables now an open floor plan with long padded bench and long counter like table. Certainly not COVID friendly and lacking privacy, as one finds themselves elbow to elbow with others in a row. Does give the former dated look a more airy, modern feel. Tables were dirty throughout and lacking in attention. Gone are paninis, certain bagels and a few other items, replaced with a limited sandwich and flatbread menu. Still have the half sandwich and side deal so I stayed with the steak and white cheese on artesian ciabatta and the Mac and cheese. Mac was luke warm but still cheesy and enjoyable. Artesian ciabatta had a nice crusty, chewy texture and the steak, white cheddar, tomato and horseradish sauce still a fav. My wife enjoyed the Chipotle chicken avocado melt with smoked pull chicken, Gouda, Peppadew peppers, cilantro, Avocados, kicky chipotle sauce on a black pepper focaccia. Change is good-if done right.
