Panera Bread

They got the order right but the food was made super poorly, my sandwiches were pretty gross looking, soup leaking everywhere in the bag. I haven’t had Panera in years and was looking forward to it, having been a past employee, I know how good the food is. This was totally disappointing and cost me $58 for lunch for two of us and my daughter. I wish i had gone literally anywhere else because most of it went to waste.

Never really been a massive fan of Panera but my fiancé loves the broccoli cheddar soup and bread bowl so occasionally we will pop in. However I do have some serious issue with the portion sizes and what they deem to be a “sandwich”. I understand paying more for higher quality food, I don’t mind that. But this is ridiculous. I cannot believe this is what was given to me. I don’t even know if there is pulled pork on the sandwich? If you are going to charge more for food because you have amazing quality then actually give people a real sandwhich. Not whatever this is.

Called for questions regarding catering during covid, spoke first with Izzy who was very pleasant and helpful and then to a manager, Mike, who was awesome as well! Mike immediately said he would work with us any way we needed to ensure safe measures were taken for catering for our team members and said he would be happy to oblige with any special request pertaining to packaging orders as well. were always cater from this location, and will continue to as soon as were back in office!
