Manager there is horrible. She is super disrespectful to her workers, I've witnessed it on multiple occasions. Finally stopped going there when they ran out of water cups so she insisted I either pay for a soda cup if I wanted tap water or buy a bottled water with my sandwich. By far the most disappointing place on campus, which is sad because the employees are so nice; y'all deserve a better leader.

The manager at this location only hires East Indian or middle eastern people. I totally agree with the person below, the manager of this subway is discriminating and dosnt train the employees to fallow subways standards. The manager trains the crew to put less on the sandwiches to save herself money vs. Making the customers happy. Very unprofessional and if you're looking for employment don't bother here.

Service is decent, none of the "sandwich artists" know how to make a sandwich with a decent amount of filling inside and be able to close the sandwich. Manager is rude and does not care about anything but pushing people through the line, so yhe staff has the same attitude.

I work at a different subway restaurant for over one and half year. so I know everything about the subway. but this is one of the worst subways I saw in California. The manager here is one of the horrible managers I ever see. she does not ever wash her hand. I asked her to change the gloves because I don't eat pork, she did change the gloves but she didn't wash her hand and she rubs her hand on her dress. Shame on you manager ASH little jerk.

Customer service can be bad sometimes, but last time I went there it improved. The sandwiches are smaller than usual. At American river college, they used to stuff my sandwich a lot more than here.

They are students that have never worked in food service and have not been trained to do so. They put 2 tomatoes and 4 jalapeños on a foot long. They are terrible, you have to demand your service from them.

You have to be very direct about what you want, they will not ask you, and just make it easy. I like my hot sandwhiches microwaved, not toasted.
If you don't specifiy, they will toast it. If you ask for not toasted, you will have cold meatballs.
They also tend bark if you hesitate.
