El Pollo Loco

I had a wonderful experience at this location thanks to the exceptional quality of ingredients in my burrito. The chicken was perfectly grilled, the beans, rice and cheese were delightful and the cabbage added a subtle crunch. The staff, especially Ana, made my visit even more enjoyable with their warm and positive attitude. I'll definitely be returning for both the delicious food and the excellent service. Thank you, to the entire crew!

I have never been to this chain before so I didn't know what to expect. When I got to the register I didn't know what to order. Eugene greeted me and was very helpful in recommending his favorites. I asked one of the ladies what their favorite salsa was and she said what her favorite was but warned it was hot. She was right but it was really good. Overall I was just really impressed with Eugene he seemed to be very professional friendly and I really feel like hes going someplace. As a business owner myself I thought about offering him a job.

Update: 08/15/22 Darren so pleasantly helpful at the drive-thru. They’re now open until 10 pm! Same fresh ingredients. Same wonderful service. Keto choices! Clean inside. Fresh and delicious. I modified the double chicken protein bowl to make it a vegan keto bowl. I just asked for the chicken on the side. The lime cauliflower rice is soooo good! It says it’s for a limited time but I hope they keep it on their menu. They also have a low carb tortilla option for (sorta keto friendly) options. Their chicken was definitely five star worthy and made me proud to have suggested trying this place. Service was good.
