Chipotle Mexican Grill

I order grilled chicken burrito bowls and they are always made to perfection. Quick & friendly service. The food is superb, better than other Chipotle Restaurants. The portions are a little larger also, compared to the Freeport location. I will continue to frequent this location when I'm near the area.

I come to this chipotle fairly regularly and pick up a chicken burrito with white rice, pinto beans, and guacamole. Sometimes they are out of guacamole. The staff does a good job of serving folks. I have noticed they seem to have a lot of staff turnover, which means there’s a little bit of a learning curve with newer employees. In terms of indoor space, that have several tables for folks to dine in and enjoy their meal. I also like how they have an outdoor patio area with sun covers in case folks want to spend some time outside. They are located in a fairly close to the truxel and interstate 80 exit, so it could be a quick and easy way for folks to grab a bit if they are passing through. Parking lot - it may just be me but the parking stalls seem a little smaller than normal. Parking in front of the restaurant is usually full and it’s at the entrance of the parking lot so it does get a little backed up. I tend to park one lane over to make sure I can quickly find a spot.

I highly recommend the employees at this establishment. It's important to understand that they face a significant demand from thousands of customers who frequently request Al Pastor, Steak, and Guacamole. Instead of blaming the employees when these items are unavailable, please keep in mind the overwhelming demand they face. Additionally, I suggest avoiding online orders placed after 8:30 pm, as that is when the Chips and Guacamole tend to run out. Despite these challenges, the employees consistently do an excellent job and demonstrate exceptional dedication and hard work.

Went for lunch and was informed they could only accept cash, so ordered on the app. Apparently the system issue applied to the app and DoorDash as well, so it was a bit of a wait. The manager was obviously working at 110% to make sure every person got their order as fast as humanly possible. She was kind, polite, and efficient. The system issue appeared to resolve fairly quickly for new orders. She gave everyone who had to wait a free drink without us asking. Excellent customer service and good quality food (as usual).

This location is waaaaay better than the one on del paso, even with the terrible parking situation..They know how to make a burrito! Went for the BOGO free entree today, and the line was out the door! Other than running out of sour cream, everyone was friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend this location!
