Chipotle Mexican Grill

Said order would be ready in 9 minutes. After 45 minutes of waiting I get a bowl with lettuce and cheese!!!! That’s it!!! I ordered a lot more than lettuce and cheese. And they told my boyfriend, after the fact, that they ran out of tortillas but it was okay because they put his burrito in a bowl!!!!!! CLOSE This place down!!!! Every time we go here it’s a disaster!

Very rarely do I post negative reviews but I just, cannot. I’ve only eaten here about five times and I’m unsure why I keep giving them my money, but I think I’m over it now. All five times, my order is completely wrong. I only get the children’s build your own. Three ingredients. Every time I’ve ordered, it’s been wrong. I’m either missing something, not getting the right thing, or they make me an entire wrong order. (I got a quesadilla one time instead of a taco ??) I made the decision to actually check and see if everything was in it this time and I thought it was at a quick glance but no, I get home excited to think my food is correct and it’s missing the MAIN INGREDIENT 😭 It you’re out of it, at least call me or tell me when I pick it up? I have no idea what to even say anymore, lmao. Thanks, guys.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Ordered from this place twice. First time, forgot my guac. Figured it was a one-off mistake. Second time, forgot my guac again! This time, I ordered two meals so that's 3 meals of orders without guac. Called to ask for refund... No answer. I was just there, it was dead (9pm), why aren't they picking up? No voicemail, just disconnects. Stole my money

I waited 45 minutes for an order to be made and picked up. I stood inside of the store and watched at least 40 people make an order and leave with it before I got mine. Now I'm back at work with 10 minutes left to eat, and my food is freezing cold. Thanks for wasting my time and stealing my money Chipotle. I own a business within the complex. And will never ever go back there again.

Manager was rushing the employees, started my order then passed it off to another worker without finishing the burrito even though I asked them too. Then my order was messed up because the person the left it with wasn't paying attention and wrapped my burrito without putting the lettuce and guac that I had told them to put in. I should've known something was screwed up when the fajitas were missing ingredients while they were building the burrito. Cashier had trouble counting out the exact change that seems to be required if you pay cash. Poorly run and unprofessional. Go to the one on Arden for better service.

The people ordering online are rightfully angry. This place messes up my order every time. I redeem a free guacamole? No guacamole no chips. I ask for light rice? Half the bowl is rice, no veggies in sight. I wish I could change the location that the app chooses for me bc I will never order from the app again.
