Buckhorn Grill

We were able to sit outside on the patio and enjoy our lunch. Both of our entrees were tasty and fresh. The portion size could have been a little better for the price, but it doesn't change my rating. The customer service was fantastic! I'd definitely recommend and return to Buckhorn Grill. I frequent this superb restaurant once a month as I love the special atmosphere that is exist in this place. The staff is extremely cordial and experienced. The service is very fast. Also, the food you eat is outstanding. I ate there often and I was always happy. The rate is fair. I recommend this place to to all.

Thought this place was going to a be a fancy sit down restaurant based on the logo design. Not at all. It is an upscale diner with great food. The options range from delicious sandwiches and burgers to enormous and satisfying salads and full dinner entrees. I've had their chicken and salmon and both were very tasty. My friends swear by the steak but I haven't tried that myself. It's becoming a regular haunt for me because the food is scrumptious, the staff are friendly, and the prices aren't too scary for the area. Definitely worth a visit.

Moved away and came back to find that Buckhorn is not only still delicious, it's got a mini bar too! The new look to the space is great and looks like they added some great appetizer and beer happy hour specials. The food is still grade A perfect and I still think they do tri-tip the best in all of Sacramento. Love that they had the San Francisco Giants game on and was able to enjoy my meal without all the background music. The service was still wonderful and everyone was very friendly. Price can get up there as it's about $15-$20 a person, but the meal is filling and worth every penny.

The food here was absolutely fabulous. I could not believe the size of the hamburger or the amount of, I guess it is like super thin onion strings. The food taste and the portions were huge. The price was good and the cashiers were very polite and helpful. I CANNOT WSIT TO GO BACK. All if their salads looked great. This will be one of my 'Go Too' places, especially for salads.
