This is my go-to store for all things healthy and delicious! I get all my organic bulk products here! Always a huge selection of gluten free and vegan foods here including fresh and frozen. Vegan house made pizza and pies all year! Love the taco and pizza bar. Don't miss out on the fresh organic smoothie bar either. Fresh salad bar adjacent to an olive bar. Wine and spirits sold too. Organic, Grass fed meat and dairy if I ever need as well. Stop by there yummy cheese isle as it's a connesuer's dream. This is a place I have trusted for over 20 years!

This place is also important to me it is like a united neighborhoods focus on investigating health around us all there is now resolution in sharing social market experience that is increasingly wonderful as the consumer earth world expresses more self other awareness and freedom including me I can't drink alcohol because I over react to sugar in candy bars But However there are great selections of everything here Mobi

We love the sacramento natural foods Co-op! They have an extensive selection of bulk products, locally grown and organic fruits and veggies, a large health and body section, wonderful cheeses, meat and fish sections along with many prepared foods and baked goods. There is much more to explore like their classes, the new patio and members discount days! Even if you don’t become a member, you should still give them a visit, you won’t be sorry you did!

Great grocery store in the center of Sacramento! They have a nice salad and food bar for lunch. They have a nice seating area upstairs. Their bulk foods and healthcare section is pretty intense. The prices aren't too bad either. Also, they have a small parking lot out front and a huge parking structure across the alley, very nice!

Excellent store, with an awesome deli and coffee service. It’s fairly large like a normal grocery store with all the normal grocery departments and very nice area with natural supplements and vitamins. All the normal brands you see in a large health food store. Nice area with tables upstairs and sn outdoor area for eating as well. Many vegan options at the deli and plant based milks available in the coffee service. They also have a hot food service bar and a cold salad bar.

If you’re looking for fresh pressed organic, tasty refreshing juice, this is the place to come in Sacramento! Their prices are cheaper than the organic juice stores I’ve been to in sac. The employees are really nice and helpful. I’ve had positive experiences with every employee I’ve interacted with. I really love the concept. Local, organic produce. I especially love their hot food bar and dining. They offer only organic in their food bar. Shopping experience is usually not pleasant because it’s usually packed and not enough space to place cart. The prices are usually high too compared to Sprouts and Wholefoods even for the same items. I’d shop here again but for specific things. Sprouts is still my number one choice for organic grocery. They offer 15% discount to low income families which is nice for and inclusive of the community

A health junkies dream come true. The store has great products and you can make your own "nut" butter by selecting what you'd like, peanut, almond, etc. There is also a hot deli section where you can dine in at the bottom or sit upstairs with indoor or outdoor seating. I tried the breakfast burrito and kale smoothie. Their turkey avocado sandwich is also good.
