If I can only leave just a comment and not even a star I would! Just because a customer orders in a drive thru and in a hurry doesn’t mean they can’t take take advantage of that and just toss em a burnt food. They just don’t care if the order would just get wasted. I won’t even give my dog a burnt food. Disgusting. Could’ve at least told the customer “hey I burned the garlic toppings let me make you a new one” that would’ve been acceptable instead of letting the customer drive off with a burned food.

Staff was very snippy and just wanted to push customers through. Food was good, Coconut refresher was just OK.

made an online order and when I got it it was completely wrong, wasn’t even mine. The total for it was $12 , mine was $27. I’ve called the location about 20 times today and they haven’t picked up the phone once. horrible customer service, I’ll be calling corporate to resolve the issue!

Came through the drive thru and the lady wasn’t very friendly. Never asked me if I wanted anything else and then they tried giving me the wrong items. Coffee also wasn’t made correctly.

5.50 for a large matcha latte and I got a med in a large cup cause it was all foam can u say ripped off

I love Dunks, but will be my last time visiting this location. I always do the "one more chance". 9/10 times though my order is wrong, and I'm only ordering like 2 bagels. I get it, I've worked food service and it can be stressful but at some point, something has got to give.

This Dunkin as far as service is hit or miss. I've had service so good I've left a tip, polite and warm. Other times cold and they see extremely rushed, bothered. One thing I've noticed is turn over is high, many new faces. This could contribute to the vision of stress I have see.
On a high note their product alway seems to be spot on and I've never logged a complaint.
