Starbucks

The service here is amazing! I am transitioning and stumbled upon this Starbucks and felt extremely welcome by the Manager. As a former Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion officer I appreciate their DEI efforts in the store. The education on Native American Heritage Month was very informative. I also have an emotional support animal and he was offered a pup cup too! I will be returning to this location for good coffee, good service, and good vibes.

Starbucks on Purchase Street is pretty good, I’d say. The coffee is delicious, the interior is pretty nice and the service - well, that’s why this review is only four stars. It took about fifteen minutes for the servers to bring a coffee, and it wasn’t even crowded - it’s clear Starbucks has advanced coffee equipment, so why can’t they serve coffee efficiently and reliably? The variety is excellent - there’s an entire coffee menu to pick one, which I personally star as the best feature (alongside the coffee’s taste, of course). If you’re in a hurry, though, don’t come to this Starbucks, otherwise you’ll be stuck for twenty minutes!

This was an exceptionally clean Starbucks in Rye, New York. The help was very attentive to requests and my drink was made absolutely perfect. I've been to this particular location many times but today it was completely empty except for outgoing orders. The music that was playing in the background was way too high and drowning out even thinking and that's often a common downfall in Starbucks. When you enter a Starbucks it should be a pleasant atmosphere.. When music drowns out your thinking and the ability to talk to somebody then you know something is wrong. Regardless of my pet peves, this is a beautiful coffee shop to attend.

I stopped in to this Starbucks coming from Massachusetts and I was impressed by the staff’s friendliness, speed and ability to get my espresso in my hands in minutes. There was a typical line of five or so customers so I knew it was going to be at least ten minutes before I was asked for my order. I was pleasantly surprised I was walking out with my espresso in five minutes. I was indeed impressed by the service of the barista and the cash clerk ability to get my name and order right. Bravo guys for a well oiled Starbucks establishment.
