Always a great experience going here. The staff are friendly and the coffee/chocolate is great. Perfect place to sit down, relax and enjoy a drink.

My family and I (13 of us) came here for dessert a couple nights ago. As soon as we walked in, the wait staff dropped everything to help us find spare chairs and a table that would accommodate us all. We placed a large and complicated order which was brought to us promptly and without any errors. Thank you for the very friendly and efficient service and for the delicious coffees and churros. Will be back again for sure!!

Love this Oliver Brown branch, it has an awesome outdoor seating area overlooking the Ryde Shopping centre play area. Service was hit and miss but overall was pleasant. Lots of options of cakes, ice creams, waffles and other desserts. They also serve coffee and other drink options too.

Not a great experience - very dirty environment, the slide windows need to be cleaned! Ordered the banana waffles and it didn’t taste nice at all, you can tell the waffles were store bought. Won’t be going back there.

Coffee and waffles were not so great. They got order wrong and had to wait 15 mins for my order. Lacking a bit of customer service and too much attitude. Oliver Brown used to be good at all branches I went to but can see a decline on quality which is a shame.

All the tables are dirty and they don't clean them.
Then they completely forgotten my order.
After I chased up, they quickly made it, but gave me the wrong one.
Bear in mind that this is at night when there is very few customers. The place is only 30% full.

Came here on a Saturday night and it was pretty busy. They have indoor seating and a nice outdoor seating area on the balcony, overlooking the outdoor piazza area of top ryde. Even though they were pretty busy, the staff were quick and efficient. The food (crepe with fruit) was also made well and tasted nice haha.
