Sausage roll from counter was cold save white colour, and the steak bake looked like a roller had gone over it. When I complained they said couldn’t help and that’s the way they are. They could not shown less care - terrible avoid this Greggs.

Food as usual but we were served by the supervisor (the lady) on 24 Feb at 05:45am. Despite ordering a lot of items we had to leave with a terrible experience. Her attitude needs to be sorted unfortunately. At least fake your smile even if you don’t wanna see customers like us, felt bit of racism there. Grow up woman.
